EXCHANGE & RETURN

SAGAZA accepts exchange requests for unused products that have been notified in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products you have purchased. However, since online purchases are made to order, they cannot be returned. It is not possible to exchange and return special orders made in accordance with the wishes of our customers.

The products requested to be exchanged must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, without defects and with the original package / accessories. For faulty or defective products, SAGAZA must be notified in writing within 2 days from the date of delivery.

We would like to remind you that the cargo for the products you want to exchange is your responsibility until the products reach SAGAZA and the return shipping cost must be paid by you. When we receive your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail regarding your request after examining the condition of the product. The exchange process of all justified requests will be completed within 10 business days.
