Shipping policy

SAGAZA will send you a confirmation email when your order and payment have been received. All online purchases from SAGAZA are in principle made to order and will be delivered within 2 to 14 business days. However, products that are in stock at the time the order is placed will be shipped within 2 business days. Special orders and out-of-stock products are made to order and will be prepared for delivery within a period of 4 to 14 days.

Pre-Order products will be delivered to you within 1 week following the period specified as the delivery date on the sales page of the relevant product. Your cargo tracking number for the shipped products will be notified to you when your package is on its way. All domestic shipments are covered by free shipping.

Orders placed from abroad will be delivered between 4 and 14 business days, and the prices seen at sagaza.com/shop do not include international shipping costs and customs duties. For orders placed from abroad, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer (customer). There may be additional fees determined and payable by the country you are in and SAGAZA is not responsible for them.

All taxes arising from the shipping or country, such as customs or any duties, belong to the buyer (customer). There are no exchanges and returns. If any exchange or return is obliged for a defective reason due to reasons arising from international law and varying according to the country and the seller approves it, all invoiced costs such as return shipping, shipping, customs and duty costs are deducted from the return price of the product. SAGAZA is not responsible for delays that may occur due to shipping and customs clearance in the shipment of overseas orders.
