Teslimat
Standart ürünler sipariş tarihinden itibaren 1–5 iş günü içinde, özel üretim ürünler ise 15 gün içinde kargoya verilir. Bu süreler kargoya teslim süresidir; taşıma süresi teslimat adresine göre değişir. Türkiye içi gönderimler Aras Kargo ile ücretsiz yapılır. Kargo takip bilgileri gönderim sonrasında paylaşılır.

İade ve Değişim
Ürünü teslim aldığın tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma bildiriminde bulunabilirsin. Kişiye özel ölçü veya özel istekler doğrultusunda hazırlanan ürünlerde, satın alma öncesinde bildirilen yasal cayma hakkı istisnaları uygulanır. Standart abiye ürünler yalnızca abiye olması nedeniyle iade kapsamı dışında değildir. Ayıplı veya yanlış gönderilen ürünlere ilişkin yasal hakların saklıdır.
